Job Responsibilities:

Own and lead the roadmap for growth-focused product initiatives—spanning data-driven decision-making, feature experimentation, and business impact tracking.
Design and execute technical solutions (APIs, integrations, services) that unlock scale and optimize key metrics like conversion rate, user retention, and revenue per user.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales and analytics teams to define KPIs, set targets, and evaluate performance of product features and user journeys.
Conduct deep-dive analysis of user funnels, drop-offs, and cohort performance to uncover opportunities and propose actionable solutions.
Drive impact measurement, and business experimentation to validate product decisions and ensure continuous improvement.
Document technical specifications, user flows, and growth hypotheses with clarity for development and stakeholder alignment.
Manage end-to-end rollouts of growth features, including UAT, stakeholder sign-off, and post-launch performance review.
Identify and troubleshoot performance and scalability bottlenecks, especially those affecting growth-critical journeys (checkout, signup, search, etc.).


Ideal Candidate Profile:

2–4 years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Product Management, or Growth Product roles, preferably in fast-paced digital or e-commerce environments.
Strong understanding of growth metrics, funnel analysis and behavioral data analysis.
Solid technical foundation (understanding of APIs, SQL, system design, analytics tooling) to work closely with engineering and data teams.
Proven ability to translate insights into scalable product enhancements that directly impact key business metrics.
Experience managing product experiments end-to-end—from hypothesis to rollout to impact tracking.
Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education from a Tier 1/2 institution with strong academic credentials is preferred.
